This website and its contact form run on Cloudflare's developer platform (Cloudflare Workers and the Cloudflare D1 database) by way of our hosting platform. When you send us the contact form, the details you type are stored in that database, so Cloudflare processes them on our behalf as our hosting infrastructure provider.

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address alongside a submission so we can rate-limit the form and block automated abuse. The raw IP address is not saved. Because an IP hash can still be treated as pseudonymous data, we protect and retain it with the submission rather than describing it as anonymous. Beyond hosting, we share enquiry details only as described below.

Contact Form Retention

We keep contact form submissions only as long as we need them — to reply to you, to follow up on the enquiry, and to keep ordinary records of the work we quote and deliver. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing marketing@peachcoders.com, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
